SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 72 hours for processing time. Packages may require signature for delivery. For domestic orders we use the United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship from Florida at 4:00 pm processing all orders received by that time. We only offer ground shipping till further notice.

All prices we show on this site are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at Check Out before you complete your purchase. We arrange for shipment of products purchased on the site, but we are not liable for delays in shipments as shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed – we're not delivering pizzas, after all! If for some reason we can not ship your products within thirty (5) days, we will provide you with notice and an estimate of time for delivery and an option for refund, substitute goods (at our discretion) and/or to maintain the order. RETURN POLICY
You can return or exchange your items within 10 business days from the date of the purchase. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. Write a detailed e-mail prior explaining your return preference (refund or exchange). Once we receive your package we will make the necessary corrections and your package will be shipped back to you that day. It will take anywhere from 5-7 business days for you to receive it.
